Then we design a prototype of project and send it to client to get exact

PMS (Project Management System). You can post messages, e-mails and

through our PMS. You can send attachment files and data through system.
5) Testing/ Debugging & Client Environment
Testing
We deploy a proper testing and debugging mechanism via Black Box & White

also use PMS application to be in our communication for future support.

Hereby, we declare that any kind of documentation/ report/ project
supportive material in soft form/ information/ data will not be
disclosed/ handover/ sell/gift to any other third party at any cost. Your
own permission or interest of disclosing may be an exception for
disclosing it all.
Any kind of data loss in-between your communication with us will not be
our liability.
2) Right-of-Ownership Statement
All of the Source Code/ Ownership of Produced information & will be kept
by COMPOSE. If you desire to buy this too, then conditions would be
applied. Negotiations are welcome.
3) Terms of payment
In General the payment procedure has been divided in two phases:
- 50% Payment after the Prototype Approval/ Finalization.
- 50% Payment after completion of project.
