QAP Protocol & PRPH Strategies
(Project Routing & Processing Hierarchy)
Definition:
QAP Protocol is an in-house developed quality measurement protocol based
on PRPH Strategy and defined for the Production & Development Life Cycle
Management, Information Gathering and accordingly Decision Making, during
specific Project/ Product Development period.
It’s a complete set of pre-defined tasks/ rules to follow during the
development phase, to enhance the Level of Fault Management, Increase the
System Consistency, to be Ensure with Minimal Bugs or Logical Errors and
finally A Successful Project.
The success of any project depends on how efficiently coded, managed and
easy usable & understood system, we have implemented at Client’s
Environment.
Via this Protocol, we ensure that we are providing Software System to
client to enhance their Productivity Rate, not to change their way of
work.
This Pre-Define manner of processing will give us more time to think over
to improve the System Quality and Enhancing with new Innovative Features.
